Very fine and extremely rare, 18K pink and white gold, book-form watch with concealed dial and integral short 18K pink gold chain with square fob. Three-body, book-form, the pink gold outer cover polished and engraved with a geometric design, inner brushed white gold case pivoted to the outer cover at one corner allowing the inner case to open outwards to reveal the dial, back secured by four screws. Two-tone brushed gold with applied pink gold dart indexes, painted black Arabic 12, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Pink gold epee hands. 24 x 18 mm, gilt, fausses cotes decoration, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel flat balance spring, index regulator. Dial and movement signed Jaeger-LeCoultre, case signed Hermes. Dim. 32 x 26 x 7.5 mm.
