The crown at 3 is for time-setting and winding, the push button at 8 advances the local time hour hand forward in 1-hour increments, the one at 10 moves the same hour hand 1 hour backward. Two-tone black with applied and faceted white gold bâton indexes, subsidiary dials for the seconds at 6 and the 24-hours of the second time zone at 12.
