Fine and very rare, large, cushion-shaped, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with a stainless steel Panerai buckle. Accompanied by the original fitted box, guarantee card (now void) and instruction manual. To be sold without reserve Three-body, polished, screwed-down case back, straight lugs, patented crown with security lever, rounded bezel, sapphire crystal. Black with luminous Arabic numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary seconds dial at 9. Luminous black baton hands. Notes Made in a limited edition of 43 pieces to be auctioned off to benefit the WWF Mediterraneo Project, these were never available for sale to the public. They were all supposed to bear the engraving on the case back of Melba Ruffo di Calabria. However, a very small quantity of them, including the present watch, were never engraved. This makes the present model particularly rare.
