Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold and platinum, diamond-set lady’s wristwatch. Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box and the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, rectangular, the shoulders and lugs set with 16 round diamonds, further articulated white gold links each set with 2 round diamonds (total weight approx. 0.65 ct.). Black with applied yellow gold round and baton indexes. Yellow gold feuille hands.
