Art-Deco Platinum & Sapphire Dress Watch Doxa, Locle, case No. 560406. Made circa 1925. Very fine, thin, keyless, platinum and sapphire-set dress watch with Art-Deco numerals and hands. Three-body, “demi-bassine”, polished and brushed, band and bow set with faceted sapphires. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold Art Deco numerals, outer dot minute divisions and blue painted 24-hour numerals, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold Art Deco hands.
