Accompanied by a fitted box, the Extract from the Archives and setting pin. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor. With a total production believed to be in the 30 to 40 units only, the 5041 (available in white gold only) had various small differences in comparison to its sister reference 5040. - The bezel: while reference 3940 has a rounded bezel, this reference has an enlarged flat bezel. - The dial: only available in black on reference 394
