Very fine and rare, 18K pink gold wristwatch with square button chronograph, register and two-tone dial with pulsation scale, with a pink gold Vacheron Constantin buckle. To be sold without reserve Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, inclined bezel, rounded band, flared lugs. Two-tone, brushed gilt, with applied yellow gold baton indexes and Roman 12 and 6 numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer 1/5th second scale, outermost pulsation scale. Pink gold baton hands. Cal. 13’’’ 492, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, straight line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws, adjusted to temperature, selfcompensating Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness: 12 mm. Notes The flared lugs of Ref. 4178 are one of the unique characteristics of Vacheron Constantin chronographs.
