Savonnette Carrée Vacheron & Constantin, Genève, movement No. 371246, case No. 253677, Made in 1928. Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold square platinum and enamel wristwatch with concealed dial. Three-body, solid, polished and brushed, gold cover with enamel monogram “MDM”, engraved border inlaid with platinum, opening via pushers in the band, band engraved with floral arches, bezel with ribbon engraving, engraved lugs, hinged back. Silvered, brushed, with applied yellow gold “cubiste” numerals, outer minute track. Gilt steel “moderne” hands. Cal. R.A. 9’’’90 18/12, rhodium-plated, 18 jewels, cut bimetallic compensation balance adjusted to five positions, flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Dim. 27 x 27 mm. Thickness: 7.8 mm.
