Made in 2006 in a limited edition of 300 pieces to celebrate the re-opening of the Patek Philippe boutique in Geneva, sold on March 8th, 2007. Very fine and rare, water-resistant, stainless steel wristwatch with a two-tone dial and a stainless steel Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by Certificate of Origin, booklets and a commemorative medal and attestation. Two-body, polished and brushed, flat bezel, concave lugs, screwed-down case back with special engraving of the Geneva Patek Philippe boutique and inscription "1839, 1892, and 2006", sapphire crystal. Two-tone silver with applied Arabic numerals and baton indexes, luminous dots, subsidiary seconds dial, outer minute track. Luminous blackened steel baton hands. Cal. 215PS, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free-sprung Glucydur Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions,shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 8 mm. Notes This model was inspired by Patek Philippe’s 1938 Ref. 565, much sought-after by collectors.
