Zenith, Swiss, No. 2379168. Made circa 1915. Very fine, 18K yellow gold hunting-cased, keyless pocket watch with chronograph. Four body, massive, "demi-bassine", polished. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with prize medals. White enamel with Breguet numerals, outer minute track and outermost fifths of a second divisions, sunk inner dial with 24-hours, counters for subsidiary seconds and 30-minutes. Blued stainless steel spade hands. 41 mm, matte gilt, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, micrometric index regulator. Dial, case, cuvette and movement signed. Diam. 50 mm. Thickness 13 mm
