Four-body, solid, case front and back with engraved sun-ray pattern, inner case back with engraved enamel showing bears, an anchor, medical logo, plain band, sapphire crystals, glazed aperture to view the movement. White engraved, polished silver outer reserve, black Roman numerals, outer track for minute division. Gold cathedral hands. Rhodium-plated with fausses cotes decoration, 20 jewel, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, selfcompensating flat balance spring, shock protection. Movement, case, and dial signed. Dim. 45 mm.
