Gold and Enamel Musical Seal Geneva, circa 1815. Fine, 18K gold keyless musical seal. Oval, made up of a gold ring engraved with a resting dog and blue and red enamel flowers, swivel suspension pendant functioning as the winding key, reeded band, polished bottom, activating bolt on the band. Oval, 26 x 21 mm, brass with pinned barrel and nine stacked tuned vibrating blades, pinion governor in adjustable bushing for tempo adjustment. Dim. height 41 mm, base 29 x 23 mm.
