Fine and unique, tonneau-shaped, center seconds, self winding, stainless steel and enamel chronometer's wristwatch with date, moon phases and a stainless steel Jubilee Rolex bracelet. Accompanied by the original polished steel bezel. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down back and crown, corrector on the band, fl at blue enamel bezel, crystal with cyclops lens. Two-tone silver with applied steel Roman numerals, outer minute track, apertures for the date and the moon phases. Steel baton hands. Cal. 3135, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free sprung monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx overall length 175 mm. Notes Marcello Comezzi is a well known watchmaker in Rome, Italy. On demand, he modifi ed a Rolex DateJust Ref. 16234, adding the moon phases and a hand-made bezel with blue enamel; the dial is made up of two original Rolex dials superimposed. Rolex (355) The caliber 3135 was modifi ed by adding a plate on the dial side, milled with a numeric control machine to a thickness of 0.5 mm. To this are added the necessary spaces to house the moon phases, levers, springs and gears. The phase disk is enameled and diamond-polished.
