Accompanied by a fitted box, Certificate of Origin, additional solid pink gold case back, booklets, setting pin, original silver dial and a Patek Philippe letter confirming the substitution of the present dial at the request of the owner. Two-body, solid, polished, concave bezel, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Black with painted white radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the 24 hours, the month and the leap year, aperture for the moon phases. Pink gold dauphine hands. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva Quality Mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free-sprung Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, selfcompensating fl at balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor mounted on ball bearings.
