Chinese, 20th century. A small closed lotus pod form teapot with fluting on sides mimicking shape of flower petals, with impressed lotus flower design on lid topped by a lotus flower knob, with loop form handle, downturned spout, and green silk woven cord attaching lid to handle. Marked on bottom and on underside of lid. Approximately 3.5" tall x 6" handle to spout.
