Accompanied by a fitted wooden Patek Philippe box, the Extract from the Archives and setting pin. Two-body, solid, polished, transparent case back, sapphire crystals. Black with applied white gold Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary dials for the days of the month, the week, the months, the leap year and the 24 hours, aperture for the moon phases. White gold Breguet hands. Cal. 240/114, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 27 jewels, straightline lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating free-sprung flat balance spring, 22K gold micro-rotor.
