Patek Philipp e Ref. 1593 Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 974251, case No. 670220, Ref. 1593. Made in 1951, sold on July 7th, 1952. Very fine and rare, rectangular "bombé", flared, 18K yellow gold wristwatch. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, snap-on case back with initials “L.F.R”, two-facet crystal. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart and dot indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary seconds. Yellow gold feuille hands. Notes Ref. 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944. It was made in pink, white and yellow gold and very few examples with polychrome cloisonné enamel dials.
