LECOULTRE REF. 444 "FROSTED" LeCoultre, Ref. 444. Made in the 1960's. Fine, glass, plastic and gilt brass, 8-day going desk clock with visible movement. To be sold without reserve Square with rectangular base with two feet. Transparent and frosted brown, etched indexes in applied brass bars. Gilt brass baton hands. Baguette, skeletonized, 16 jewels, train running in straight line in small two bar frame, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance with self-compensating Breguet balance spring. Dial and movement signed. Height 17 cm, length 16.5 cm, depth 5 cm.
