Cartier Platinum Ultra-Thin Cartier, "Montre Couteau", No. 7631/03765, the movement by European Watch & Clock Co. Inc. Made circa 1938. Extremely fine and very rare, extra-slim, platinum huntingcased, keyless dress watch. Two-body, "couteau", polished. Matte silver, radial Roman numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel Breguet hands. Notes The case is of unusual construction: the movement is housed in an adapter ring whose top portion forms the bezel. The thickness of the movement is only 2 mm.
