Patek Philippe Ref. 1593 hour glass Patek Philippe, Genève, movement No. 975008, case No. 673161, Ref. 1593. Made circa 1947. Very fine and rare, rectangular “bombé”, flared, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, flared, solid, polished and brushed, concave sides, pillar shaped lugs, "bombé" crystal. Silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic numerals, subsidiary dial for the seconds. Yellow gold feuille hands. Notes Ref. 1593 Production of this reference started in 1944. It was made in pink, white and yellow gold and very few examples with polychrome cloisonné enamel dials.
