Very fine and very rare, rectangular, 18K pink gold wristwatch with an 18k pink gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives, a Patek Philippe service receipt dated August 2006. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, flat bezel, rectangular overhanging straight lugs. Matte silver with applied pink gold baton and dot indexes, subsidiary dial for the seconds, outer minute track. Pink gold baton hands. Notes To the best of our knowledge, less than 10 examples are known today: in yellow gold, a few in rose gold, and three in platinum, one of which was sold by Antiquorum in October 2000 for SFr. 80'500.
