Used in planes such as the Ju 87 Stuka, Focke-Wulf and others. Made circa 1939. Fine and very rare, instrument clock with count-down lever chronograph and register. Accompanied by a custom-made display stand, eight 8”x10” Luftwaffe photos and a copy of a 1943 postage stamp depicting Stuka airplanes. To be sold without reserve Three body, black aluminum, case back with bayonet-lock, reeded graduated bidirectional black bezel, winding crown and chronograph activation lever at 6, hand-setting lever at 5. Black with luminous Arabic numerals and baton indexes, subsidiary dial for the 15-minute register. Cal. J 30 BZ1, rhodium-plated, 10 jewels, monometallic balance, flat balance spring. Case signed, movement numbered. Dim. 59 x 74 mm. Thickness 32 mm.
