Accompanied by guarantee (now void) and the original polished steel bezel. Three-body, polished and brushed, screwed-down back and crown, corrector on the band, flat blue enamel bezel, crystal with cyclops lens. Bi-color, satinè pink and silver with applied steel Roman numerals, outer minute track, apertures for the date and the moon phases. Steel baton hands. Cal. 3135, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 31 jewels, straight line lever escapement, free sprung monometallic balance adjusted to 5 positions and temperature, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, hack mechanism. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 11 mm. Approx overall length 185 mm. Notes Marcello Comezzi is a well known watchmaker in Rome, Italy. On demand, he modified a Rolex DateJust Ref. 16234, adding the moon phases and a hand-made bezel with blue enamel; the dial is made up of two original Rolex dials superimposed. The caliber 3135 was modified by adding a plate on the dial side, milled with a numeric control machine to a thickness of 0.5 mm.
