Accompanied by the original fitted box. To be sold without reserve Of temple form, carved lapis lazuli top and base, rock crystal pillars with silver-gilt and enamel capitals, surmounted by a carved rose-quartz figure of Buddha, square silver-gilt clock case with incurved corners, blue champlevé enamel chapter ring with oriental-style black Arabic numerals. Mother of pearl, hand-painted with a charming river landscape view, signed in Chinese characters. 19’’’, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 15 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with 3 adjustments, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator.
