Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by a fitted box. Two-body, solid, polished, rounded bezel, fluted sides and claw lugs. Matte silver with applied yellow gold baton and printed indexes, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands. Notes This watch was recently overhauled by Patek Philippe.
