Patek Philippe Split-Seconds for Tiffany & Co. Patek Philippe, Genève, No. 197584. Made for Tiffany & Co. in 1920, sold on November 3, 1921. Very fine, keyless, 18K yellow gold dress watch with splitseconds chronograph. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Four body, demi-bassine, solid, polished, curved bezel, concealed hinge, button at 11 for the split-seconds with locking bolt, button in the crown for the start/stop and return-to-zero function of the chronograph. Hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with bold radial Roman numerals, outer minute track and fifths of a second divisions, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel poire hands. Notes The Extract from the Archives confirms the enamel dial with Roman numerals and the “Extra” quality movement
