English, late 19th/ early 20th century. A tabletop Terra Cotta sculpture of a seated black Pug or French Bulldog with original polychrome in black, brown, and red with inset glass eyes. Dog is seated on back legs leaning to the side onto front legs, peering out at viewer, and wearing a red painted collar decorated with leash ring at back and painted studs on side. Approximately 15.25" tall x 11.5" wide x 9.25" deep.
