Accompanied by a fitted box, gold ratchet key, long chain and Vacheron Constantin Certificate of Origin. Four-body, 'Empire', polished bezel, reeded band, engine-turned back cover with vacant cartouche. Hinged gold engine-turned cuvette. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions. Gilt hands. 16''', matte gilt, bar caliber, cylinder escapement, three-arm gold balance, flat balance spring, index regulator. Movement signed. Notes DIAM. 40 mm.
