Very fine, 18K gold, diamond and ruby-set lady’s keyless lapel watch with a matching 18K gold, diamond and ruby-set detachable bow brooch. Four-body, bassine, polished, the back cover pave-set with 28 round rubies and 8 round white diamonds. Hinged gold cuvette engraved: Hal to Dorothy July 21, 1948. White enamel with printed radial Roman numerals. Blued steel double spade hands.
