Jacobean style oak carved throne or elbow chair with pierced leafy scrolling over a monogrammed cabochon with c-scroll carved crest a arched rectangular upholstered back, within a scrolling pierced acanthus carved border flanked by turned, fluted and leaf carved stiles with patera blocks surmounted by turn finials, over a trapezoidal upholstered and padded seat within upholstered and scrolled arms, on turned and block legs joined by similar stretchers. Height 52.25", width 23" (arm to arm), seat depth 17", seat height 17.5".
