Very fine and rare, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, screwed-down case back, stepped concave bezel, recessed winding crown, fl uted lugs. Matte silver with applied yellow gold dart indexes and Arabic 12, outer engraved minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Notes This watch was fully serviced and renovated by Patek Philippe in 2004. This watch is illustrated on page 90 in the book "Patek Philippe - Kult-Objekt & Wert-Anlage" by J. Michael Mehltretter.
