HERMES PURSE WATCH Hermès, Paris, “Otomato”. Made by Henry Moser & Cie, Le Locle, Swiss, circa 1930. Fine and very unusual, sterling silver and black lacquered, keyless purse watch with spring-loaded sliding shutters. Silver rectangular, black lacquered and polished, the winder concealed in a hinged cover at the end of one thumb bar. Matte silver with applied yellow gold Arabic numerals, outer minute track with Arabic 24-hour markers, sunk subsidiary seconds dial. Gold Breguet hands.
