A fine and rare 8 day going brass desk clock in the shape of a globe. To be sold without reserve Brass circular base decorated with a star representing the cardinal points, surmounted by a globe representing the world, surrounded by a brass helm inspired rim with applied zodiac signs. Silver, applied Arabic and dot indexes. Cal. 244, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, fl at balance spring. Dial signed, case numbered. Diam. 15. 5 cm, height 13 cm.
