Extremely rare, very fine and elegant, ultra thin, 18K white gold wristwatch with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe buckle. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, straight lugs, snap-on case back, stepped bezel. Satine silver with applied white gold baton indexes. White gold baton hands. Cal. 175, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and fi ve positions, self-compensating fl at balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 32 mm. Thickness 5 mm. Notes The Patek Philippe reference 3498 was the thinnest watch they produced at the time it debuted. Very few examples were produced in white gold. This is the fi rst time the model is being offered at Antiquorum.
