ART DECO ILLUMINATED GLOBE DESK CLOCK French, the globe by G. Thomas, 44, Rue N-D des Champs, Paris. Made circa 1930. Fine and rare, small, Art Deco, chromed and glass, 8-day going desk clock with illuminated globe. Circular chromed base with aperture for the hours and minutes, circular base, glass globe covered with paper gores and illuminated by an electric light-bulb inside. Black paper scale with Art DEco Arabic numerals and baton quarter-hour divisions. Chromed dart pointer. 47 mm., brushed, three-quarter-plate, lateral lever escapement, three-arm balance, fl at balance spring, index regulator. Dim. 15 x 12 cm.
