Very fine and extremely rare, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant platinum wristwatch with a platinum Vacheron Constantin buckle. Two-body, solid, polished inclined bezel, linen-textured band, fl uted lugs, screwed-down case back, recessed crown. Satine silver, with applied white gold baton indexes, outer minute divisions. White gold baton hands. Cal. K1071, stamped with the Seal of Geneva quality mark, rhodium-plated, fausses côtes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, beryllium balance with timing screws adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating Breguet balance spring, swan-neck micrometer regulator, 18K gold-edged rotor with ruby rollers. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 36 mm. Thickness 10 mm.
