Very fine and rare, 18K yellow gold wristwatch with an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, rounded bezel, fl uted sides and claw lugs. Brushed silver with applied yellow gold baton quarterhour indexes, black hour and outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Yellow gold baton hands.
