Very fine and very rare, 22K gold keyless watch, concealed in a United States Twenty Dollars coin dated 1904. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Five-body, the coin opening with a push piece concealed in the band, hinged inner case with polished bezel. Matte gilt with Breguet numerals, outer minute track. Blued steel spade hands. 9’’’, rhodium plated, fausses côtes decoration, 18 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 34 mm. Notes Coin watches by Patek Philippe are very rare. The present watch has a particularly attractive and well preserved dial with Breguet numerals which is confirmed by the Extract from the Archives. S
