Very fine and rare, large, minute-repeating, 18K gold, hunting cased, keyless pocket watch with triple-date calendar and moon phases. Four-body, “bassine et filets”, entirely foliate engraved, the front cover with central engraved monogram. Hinged gold cuvette, glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute track with Arabic five-minuet numerals, subsidiary dials for week days, date and seconds, apertures fort he months and moon-phases. Gold and blued-steel hands. 20”’, rhodium plated, 29 jewels, wolf’s tooth winding, part in screwed settings, counterpoised straight -line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
