Accompanied by the original Patek Philippe fitted box and two spare crystals in numbered wrapping. C. Four-body, “bassine et filets,” engine-turned with engraved leaf borders, band and bow, the front cover with engraved monogram. Hinged gold-rimmed glazed cuvette to view the movement D. White enamel with narrow radial Roman numerals, outer minute track, subsidiary seconds. Blued steel Breguet hands. M. Cal. 18’’’, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 19 jewels, wolf ’s tooth winding, counterpoised straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance with gold timing screws, blued steel Breguet balance spring with overcoil, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
