Very fine and rare, cushion-shaped, center seconds, self-winding, water-resistant, 18K yellow gold wristwatch set with 40 diamonds on the bezel and pavé diamond dial set with 22 rubies, with date and an 18K yellow gold Patek Philippe bracelet with an 18K white gold Patek Philippe deployant clasp. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, the bezel set with 40 round white diamonds (0.85ct), flat sapphire crystal. Gold satine, the chapter ring pavé-set with white diamonds and with 11 hour indexes composed of two rubies each, aperture for the date. Yellow gold dauphine hands. Cal. 335 SC, rhodium-plated, fausses cotes decoration, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring.
