Fine and rare, solar-powered gilt-brass brass table clock with electrically-wound remontoir. Gilt-brass, brushed, 4 square columns, top with solar cells, hinged back door engraved ’15 Mars 1964’. Matte white with painted black baton indexes. Gilt circle and baton hands. Based on a 17’’’ Gondolo keyless mechanical movement, 29 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, Gyromax balance adjusted to heat, cold and 1 position, free-sprung breguet balance-spring, solar-powered with lithium battery back-up, driving a remontoir train which replaces the barrel spring.
