Four-body, bassine, polished, polished band. Hinged gold cuvette with inscription. Outer silver reserve dial with applied gold Roman numerals, outer minute divisions, subsidiary seconds dial. Gold Louis XV hands. Inner red dial plate applied with gold automaton figures: Father of Time on the left, cherub on the right, striking hours, quarters and minutes on bells, a cornucopia below. 42 mm, rhodium-plated, brushed, 29 jewels, straight line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance-spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
