Extremely fine and rare, asymmetric, horizontal rectangular curved, 18K pink gold driver’s wristwatch with an 18K pink gold Vacheron & Constantin custom buckle. Accompanied by the Extract from the Archives. Two-body, solid, polished, one attachment link at 6, top winder, flat top crystal. Pink gold with applied pink gold pyramid indexes, Arabic numerals and painted indexes. Pink gold baton hands. 8’’’, rectangular, rhodium-plated, fausses-cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. DIM. 25 x 26 mm. THICKNESS 8 mm. Notes Driver’s watches by Patek Philippe are extremely rare, especially those cased in pink gold with pink dials.
