ANONYMOUS SWISS MINUTE REPEATER CHRONOGRAPH Anonymous, Swiss, case No. 439589. Made circa 1910. Very fine and rare, gold-plated, hunting-cased, minute repeating, keyless, pocket watch with chronograph. Accompanied by the original fitted box, a 33 cm. goldplated chain and good lock charm. C. Four-body, bassine, polished, engine-turned hinged cover centered by a shield, engine-turned back, hinged cuvette, button at 2 operates the chronograph functions. D. White enamel with painted radial Roman numerals, outer minute divisions and 1/5th seconds track with Arabic 5-second markers, subsidiary sunk seconds dial. Blued steel spade hands. M. Cal. 18', frosted gilt, 19 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a rectangular button on the band.
