Four-body, bassine, hand-engraved band, hinged front cover decorated in translucent royal blue champlevé enamel with inlaid gold radial Roman numerals, hand-engraved edge in a floral and leaf pattern, hinged back with translucent royal blue champlevé enamel, center decorated with 13 diamonds and 12 rubies, hinged gold cuvette. White enamel with printed Breguet numerals, outer minute divisions. Blued steel spade hands.
