Very fine and thin, platinum and diamond wristwatch with an integral textured 18K white gold mesh bracelet. Accompanied by he original invoice dated August 20th, 1964. Two-body, solid, polished and brushed, reeded graduated bezel set with 60 round diamonds, case back engraved with initials: JDG, clasp engraved: In Appreciation G.W.H.. Satiné silver with printed indexes. White gold baton hands. Cal. K 2001, rhodiumplated, fausses cotes decoration, 18 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance adjusted to heat, cold, isochronism and 5 positions, shock absorber, self-compensating flat balance spring. Dial, case and movement signed. Diam. 35 mm. Thickness 7 mm. Approx. overall length: 190 mm. Property of the Original Family Notes The watch is accompanied by the original invoice from Gübelin in Lucerne, which states not only the original sales price (Sfr 5282), but also the purchase of the white gold bracelet. The watch has practically never been used, remaining in a vault for the past 40 years. The combination of its excellent condition, platinum case, unusually large case size and diamonds make it particularly rare and desirable.
