Four-body, the front cover painted on enamel with a scene of a courting couple in a landscape, blue translucent enamel background, the back with a portrait of a lady in Rennaisance costume, her necklace set with four rose-cut diamonds, blue translucent enamel background, the front and rear bezels set with pearls, engraved band. Hinged gold cuvette engraved with the prize medals and technical details, glazed gold-rimmed cover to view the movement. White enamel with radial Roman numerals, outer minute and 1/5th second track with 5-minute/seconds Arabic numerals calibrated to 300 units, subsidiary seconds dial. Gilt Louis XV hands. 18''', rhodium plated, 28 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, cut bimetallic compensation balance, blued steel Breguet balance spring, index regulator, repeating on gongs activated by a slide on the band.
