MOVADO TEMPUS FUGIT CLOCK Movado, Swiss, Tempus Fugit (Time Flies). Made circa 1960. Fine and unusual 8-day going brass and Lucite ball clock. Lucite globe halved to allow for the rotating of the two sections for hour and minute indications mounted on a brass post. Black painted Roman numerals for the hours and black painted Arabic numerals for the minutes. Single black hand for time read-out. Rhodium-plated, 15 jewels, straight-line lever escapement, monometallic balance. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. HEIGHT 17 cm. DIAM. 7.5 cm.
