ROLEX REF 3484 STEEL Rolex, "Antimagnetic", Ref. 3484. Case No. 047356. Made in the 1940's. Very fine and very rare, stainless steel wristwatch with square button chronograph, register, tachometer and telemeter. Three-body, polished and brushed, straight lapidated lugs, narrow bezel, snap on case back. Silver with applied luminous baton indexes and Roman numerals, subsidiary seconds and 30-minute register dials, outer blue telemeter and outermost tachometer graduations . Blued steel skeleton hands. 13"', rhodium-plated, 17 jewels, straight line lever escapement, monometallic balance, self-compensating Breguet balance-spring, index regulator. Notes Dial, case and movement signed. DIAM. 33 mm. THICKNESS 12 mm. Reference 3484 was produced from 1939 to 1949 in stainless steel and in gold.
